Jen Schroeder trains young athletes to perform to their fullest potential. She demands 100% and gives 100% in return. She pushes players to be the best mentors, people, and catchers possible.

Jen has an uncanny ability to critique and break down a catcher’s inconsistencies, both physically and mentally. She brings great energy and her infectious personality to every lesson. Five years of training with Jen transformed Morganne into the catcher and leader she is today.

Training with Jen taught me to be a leader and how to exude confidence on and off the field. Jen taught me nearly everything I know today about catching and how to be successful in the game of softball, and also what it takes to be successful in life.

Jen Schroeder teaches the fundamentals of the catching position with extremely high energy. She's a passionate, positive, influential coach, that cares for each individual athlete that comes through her program.

The Softball Performance Workshop is a place for girls to thrive. The teaching is unsurpassed and Jen is an inspiration, mentor, teacher, guidance counselor, friend and the girls’ biggest fan. Jen helped my daughter become a great catcher, to grow up, to be a good person, to know the value of hard work, to interact with all kinds of people, to believe in herself, to value family and  to have fun while doing it all.

Jen has impacted my life in more ways than I can express. She taught me to walk with my head up and have some grit to me, and to do things with purpose and with passion. She spent so many late nights talking to me, assuring me that I am important, and I am eternally grateful.
